The online consultation process

Online consulting is exactly the same as face-to-face appointments, except we can't measure weight or skinfolds. Here's a summary of the consultation process:

Understand your goals

By understanding your goals up front, we can tailor the consult to your needs and ensure you get the most from your appointment.

Background & Training Schedule

Understanding your current training schedule is crucial in customising an eating strategy to complement it. We also ensure that we cater to any other medical, cultural or other nutritional needs.

Dietary Analysis

In order to customise a strategy that suits your lifestyle, we collect detailed information on your current eating habits, and analyse the nutritional profile of your current diet.

Discuss Dietary Changes

After talking through your current nutritional intake and eating patterns, we will discuss with you what dietary changes will assist in meeting your goals, ensuring any changes are realistic and do not take away from the enjoyment of eating.

Construct Suggested Eating Plan

After your consultation, we will put together your suggested eating plan within 3 working days. The plan is accessible from the Client Login section of the website.

Try It Out In Training

Try out you suggested eating plan in training or simulated race conditions, provide feedback and we will update your plan as necessary, giving you the confidence to achieve your goals.
